SPONSORSHIPS

As a private school, Timbwani Baptist Primary School theoretically operates on students’ school fees in order to function. These fees go toward teacher salaries, school renovation and upkeep, and the purchase of text books and student materials. However, due to the destitute circumstances of the pupils, most of the children are unable to pay school fees. Out of necessity, the school relies on sponsors to help keep the school open so that these children have a chance for an education and a better life.

Please consider sponsoring a student at the school through the child sponsorship program. The gift of an education is the gift of future self-reliance for generations.

SPONSORSHIP = $29 USD/month (equivalent to 3740 KES/month or €26 Euros/month)

Sponsorships cover school fees, uniforms, shoes, lunch, transportation, and school supplies, as necessary.
All donations and expenditures are meticulously tracked and approved by the Board of Directors.

All donations originating from the United States are processed through the 501c3 nonprofit, The Mountain Goat Foundation, and may be tax deductible. EIN 92-0603316

*To preserve the privacy of these children, details regarding neglect, abuse, hunger, and parental substance abuse, all of which are common in the wake of extreme poverty, are not posted publicly. School staff can share details on individual family circumstances to sponsors.
